I Haven’t Lived

& getting myself toast in the morning
There is a second fragment answering strangely

I am the mocking feathers of farting death!
Existence is a TV in the big pond of municipal space

I suppose this is something I asked for
But the cold is a numbing cold

& up against a glass wall my hands are invisible
They are shadows of trees, apartment buildings, etc

A public space near zero on a key pad
& the law is the law is a good laugh at the law

& the room I am in is a jet over Denver
& as I feel my way out of occult sentences

A believable system refuses to crack
& someone is saying

Just saying to themselves—

I haven’t lived!
I haven’t lived!
