He Does the Movies in Different Voices

Little clicks
            a dream
                  reel spins
   its film—the wet black brown
your eyes turned

         your sallow hands
         the slack skin
         over angles of bone

Long shot: a panorama

            your bed

                        the great blue heron
                                 you adored

the far side of the bay

                                                the water meets the shore
