Dumped Haiku 26

Cold showering bald
I remember the first time
She ate out my ear

Abe Becker’s work has been published or is forthcoming in Yellow Chair Review, Elohi Gadugi Journal, Abbreviate Journal, Sweet Wolverine, Tandem, and Cal Literature & Arts Magazine. A chapbook of his break-up poems is due out from Lucky Bastard Press in 2016. He is a four-time finalist of the College Unions Poetry Slam Invitational, representing UC Berkeley, twice as a poet and twice as the team’s coach. He was also on the city of Berkeley’s slam team that won Group Piece Finals in 2009. Abe works as a caretaker in the East Bay and would love to talk with you about cats or just talk to cats, either way.
