In this dream, you shed your skin;
from your pockets, spill these things –
antiplatelet medicines,
Clopidogrel, Aspirin.

Unspin this dream of safety pins,
wherein the might of ‘might-have-been’
becomes the force that underpins
the breath of your life worn thin.
